The material presented herein is the result of many years of hard work and research by the author and his martial arts family. The historical and technical information contained are the fruits of the Shaolin Jingang Qixing Tanglang Quan sect (founded by Li Zhanyuan of Qingdao, China), as passed on by Shifu Kang Zhiqiang and Wang Xiaohua to Brendan Tunks; the current President of the Tanglang Quan She (Mantis Boxing Society) of Australia.
