Nang Ho is a certified Mantis Boxing coach of the Australian Mantis Boxing Society ( Tanglang Quan She) and is recognised by the Qingdao QixingTanglang Association. He has instructed martial arts in Canberra throughout the 90's and was an officially appointed Taiji instructor for the Australian Defence Force Academy in 1999.
Nang has experience in training and fighting at an advanced level and has had the good fortune of testing his skills both here and abroad. Bound by the principles of the Tanglang Quan She, Nang teaches respect, humility and martial virtue on an equal footing with combat skills. |
